Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally praised the hotel's cleanliness and the quality of the pool, with several also noting friendly or helpful staff. However, there were mixed experiences with service, including communication issues and lack of empathy at reception. The location was often described as far from the city center or inconvenient, though shuttle services were appreciated. Breakfast and amenities such as air conditioning and gym received neutral feedback, with some guests finding them adequate and others expecting more. Overall, the hotel is seen as clean and comfortable, with good pool facilities, but with room for improvement in service and location.
