The location was great.
The website said that they had free wifi which as not true. Other guests at the hotel also mentioned the same thing to the staff and the staff would just say that the wifi Internet is €3 and can only be used in the lobby. After so many complaints I'm surprised they haven't updated there website to reflect the truth. I read on other review sites that the A/C was not working when they were there this was the case for me as well and I assume that there is never any A/C. They state that it is broken but how has it been broken for this long now. I assume they just don't provide any. If you have a room facing the front of the building you have o put up hearing the street car screech by all the time. There is no soundproofing. They want you to return the room key every time you exit the hote and collect it again when you return to the hotel. It's inconvient to always have to tak to the front desk just to grab your room key
The location was good so as the room, cleanliness. Good or the price.
No elevator. No help to get your stuff to the room.
Bedbugs!!! No elevator (narrow stairs). Strong specific smell.
location to the train station
hotel staff very rude the place was very very small
very friendly staff, and what was very appreciated was that cleaning staff didnt wake us up!!
very basic furniture and bathroom - old blankets
two nights at £65 then two at £400!! Price increase due to fair. Unreasonable increase and will be reported for unfair trading
Convenient location. Newly renovated bathrooms.
Quality of breakfast
The shower and the LCD tv.
The Hotel Brianza has just become a three star hotel. Whilst it would have been very good as a one star hotel or even good as a two star, it quite is not up to the three star standard yet.The room was extremely small. The staff were not all that helpful. I asked the night receptionist about a recommendation of an Italian restaurant in the area that was not too expensive, he directed me to McDonalds.
The boss of the hotel was really friendly and did his best to rectify a problem that was not the fault of the hotel.
The breakfast spread was not very delicious but was sufficient to get you through the morning.
