Pros (+) The bed was comfortable and had nice bed linens, paint color and decor in room was inviting, power outlets on lamp upon the bedside table were convenient for charging phone overnight, front desk staff was very friendly, hot chocolate (and/or cappuccino) in the lobby was perfect for warming up after check-in, pool looked nice too
