The facilities are very dated and dingy. The rooms and bathrooms were marginally clean. There was only one full sized towel in our bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the helpful, friendly staff, with several also noting comfortable beds. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues, including broken elevators, cleanliness concerns, and maintenance problems such as closed pools, non-working amenities, and lack of hot water. While the service and location were strong positives, operational and facility shortcomings detracted from the overall experience for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
