There were no eggs, only coffee in reception area. Bed was a little too hard but was able to sleep
No working phone in the bedroom., FILTHY floors. No microwave or refrigerator in room though people who paid same price for room had them in their room. Brought this to attention of clerk when we checked out and she said she couldn't do anything about it as far as some sort of compensation, even $15 for the inconvenience. The floor was filthy. I even took a towel and bath mat to her at checkout as proof.
Some staff were polite. Red Roof customer service phone representative was very good.
Filthy floors. Rude Latina manager, with very poor customer service skills. She should be fired. Tried to deny price set by Red Roof CS. Then, tried to refuse a receipt. I'm 60 and on disability. I believe this borders on elder abuse. I had to argue to get things that were already set.
My card was charged twice. Not sure if it was shady or an honest mistake. Had ti call manager to discuss the issue.
We were down graded from our original reservation there was drinks in the fridge from the last people the ac didn't work and staff was not very helpful. Not happy at all
This was by far my worst experience with Red Roof. I was put into room #208 first, which after about 45 minutes of getting my belongings and my dogs into the room, I began to notice how unkempt it was. Floors had a wad of hair on the floor by the AC unit (that didnt work), my refrigerator was barely cool. Dust, hair and debris on the carpets, hair in the bathtub, sink and toilet (with urine stains on the seat and base of the toilet). Stains (yellow and red) on each of the sheets. BUT THEN!!!! I noticed bugs on my pillows!!!! I call to the office, I would like to be moved, immediately please. I'm told i need to come to the office to be moved. So i lug all my stuff back downstairs, get my dogs to the car and go back to the office. ((PS. I had ordered dinner from Bob Evan's next door and didnt get to eat until about TWO HOURS later because of this fiasco, so I also wasted $60 on my meals this night as well)) I'm told shes moving me to another room upstairs and there are no downstairs units available (the parking lot has maybe 10 cars in the parking lot so I'm not sure why you dont have a room available) The clerk puts me into room #215 at this point, so I lug everything back upstairs to go to my room which is just as gross and no refrigerator. (Pictures are available if you'd like me to send them- stained sheets, garbage on the floor, dirt on floors, dust on appliances, urine on the toilet, pubic hair in the sink and bath tub) I call back down to front desk to say my concerns and am told "if you want a fridge it's an upgrade price". WHAT?!?! I JUST HAD A ROOM WITH A FRIDGE!!!!!! The clerk comes up to check the room (about 10 minutes after I was already lugging my stuff back downstairs AGAIN. At this point it's been a little over an hour now sin e i first tried to check in) She meets me downstairs to tell me she spoke with the manager/owner and they were going to offer me a 30% discount and "upgrade" my room.
