Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, but cleanliness was a recurring issue, with many mentioning dust, mold, and unclean common areas. Service also received criticism, particularly regarding reception staff, shuttle service, and communication about amenities. The location was found to be convenient for some, especially for airport access, but others found it inconvenient for dining or attractions. While some guests enjoyed the room size, positive experiences were often overshadowed by negative aspects of cleanliness and service.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Hotel was in a great location for my stay, very close to the airport and still very scenic because of the lagoon. Better gym than many hotels I have stayed at a a nice half mile jogging loop around the lagoon. Great pool area and the grounds were full of iguanas of all sizes. The coffee shop/cafe/food store was convenient. The room was nice and clean.
Cons (-) The Covid-19 restrictions put a damper on things as the food options were very limited and so were the staff. Concierge was M. I. A. When I needed to schedule a shuttle to the airport and I ended up paying for Lyft.
Cons (-) Pool was hot. Uncomfortably hot.

Cons (-) We are Hilton gold members although I booked through Kayak as I was booking airline as well. At check in we asked for our member # to be added to our reservation. When my husband went for b’fast the next morning, the hostess said he was not a gold member-really? Made him wait & the others in line until she could sorted it out. She wasn’t the most courteous about it either. We went to the lobby bar...

Pros (+) The location to the airport and port of Miami
Cons (-) This hotel was dirty and needs new house keeping staff. My bed had a shard of glass in it. A manager was unable to speak to me about it. They wanted to send house keeping up but I had to leave to get on a cruise. The water bottles we're half drank and candy left all on the mini bar area. The first room they tried to place us in had been smoked in with ashes still in the bathroom and balcony. Our r...
