Cons (-) Very run down hotel. Smells like marijuana in the hallways. Pictures are not an accurate description. Wanted to cancel booking as soon as we arrived.

Cons (-) The pictures did not reflect the location. It was very outdated and not very clean. Also the staff checked another couple into our room at 3 am; they entered while we were sleeping. No deadbolt latch on the door so we were unable to prevent them from entering. I woke up upon their entry. The staff just shrugged it off as "a mistake" and didn't even apologize for the confusion.

Cons (-) Very outdated, you could hear everything going on in the hotel as there was no noise protection in room, $110 a night is high for a dirty hotel

Pros (+) Close to shops, restaurants, and the beach
Cons (-) The front desk lost our reservation even though it was paid for already and getaroom.com had the information and finally got us in because they got a cancellation. We got no discount from them for wasting over an hour of our time. In addition when we dropped off our luggage earlier in the morning, they took our id but didn't check to make sure we actually had a reservation. We just left our luggag...

Cons (-) thishotel is a "price" hotel. it is dirty, dirty , dirty. i tired to leave and relocate but there were no other suitbale hotels due to art miami.

Cons (-) They charged me extra $20 to store luggage after checkout which is the most frustrating part, whereas other hotels would have that as complimentary service. The rooms are old, beds are old.

Cons (-) i rarely leave reviews for anything, but this place was terrible. Photos on the booking site did NOT reflect reality. Carpets were filthy and disgusting. Furniture looked like it came out of a trailer park after a tornado. it was beat to hell. Bed was uncomfortable and not clean. the entire hotel smells like mold and mildew. Pros (+) The guy at check out was awesome. Really friendly and chatty.
Cons (-) Outdood courtyard/entrance should be swept and cleaned daily. Looked pretty ghetto. Bathrooms are pretty gross. Floor grout on bathroom floors and showers are dirty, could use some serious bleach and scrubbing. Yuk.

Cons (-) When we arrived, the Front Desk attendant did not seem attentive and desk was cluttered which did not make for a good first impression. The room was not ready when we arrived after 4 pm. Overall, the room was overpriced and the carpet in the room was old and seemed dirty. The hotel needs to be updated. Would've like a coffee maker in the room.
