Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable, location was great
Cons (-) Concierge and staff did not have great communication skills. Booked a tour through concierge, told to wait one place at a specific time for a red bus. All buses are red. No name given to us for the tour company. Ended up getting a concierge bus all to take us one block which we could have walked! A total waste of an hour!

Pros (+) The decoration at Gale Hotel is probably one of the most interesting things about it. The fact that it has all kinds of pictures of Miami Beach in the 1900's is really amazing. Also, the service and accommodations are just one of the best I have ever seen for the size and type of hotel it is.

Pros (+) Loved ALMOST everything about this hotel....GORGEOUS desig- modern yet comfortable (I would like to hire their designer for my entire home), staff (was treated like a king at breakfast on the patio), ambience, location, restaurant, rooftop pool (jaw dropper). Even the music playing in the elevator was "choice"!
Cons (-) The only slight disappointment was the room itself. It was severely lacking in furniture and closet space. It was surprisingly sparse. Zero counter space on which to put anything.
