The location of the property was perfect. My party and I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the lobby and the selection of food options and restaurants. Check in was very simple and I liked the option of being able to check out online. There were several "free" activities offered like fitness classes and a day party at the pool which many people took advantage of seeing the pool was so full, the pool water was overflowing.
Upon arrival, I was shocked that none of the many porters offered to help me or my guest with any of our bags. I was quite upset since we were 3 women with heavy suitcases. Many of the greeters were so busy in their own conversations with each other, they didn't even acknowledge we were passing. The room was subpar for the price. There isn't even a refrigerator in the room. You can store items in the mini bar for an additional fee. One of the walls had a hole in it that I'm assuming was from a nail used to hang art. For the price, the hole should have been covered. Carpet was dingy. The bathroom was only clean on the surface. The grout was filthy and the toilet basin had rust and mold visible. The walls are very thin as we could hear housekeeping cleaning the room next door. Housekeeping staff was very nice and friendly despite the noise, maybe they should switch duties with the entrance staff.
Over priced food and drinks. Quality of food and drinks just average. Automatic tips are not earned...staff feels entitled. Valet parking was very expensive and slow. My room had ants in it on the dresser and nightstand.
Prices were high from the bar to the restaurant to the in room mini fridge. I would rather have a empty fridge so I could put some of my own water. $20 for a bottle of water in the room is crazy.
Breakfast was good.
Parking attendants was not paying attention to their jobs
The friendliness of the staff.
For the price you pay, a microwave and a fridge would have been nice. Without charging for everything, especially when you are guest. But we understood the reasoning, however didn’t like it.
Room can be more space for that price
