A nice little hotel one block off Collins Ave in Miami Beach. A short walk to several restaurants and all of the nightlife Miami Beach has to offer.

Pros (+) The location was convenient but in all other ways this felt like a run-down motel in desperate need of renovation.
Cons (-) The room was extremely small. The A/C barely worked. The bathroom was old and run down. This place is depicted as a cute boutique hotel, but it’s not. It’s a run down motel in need of a total guy renovation.

Pros (+) Everything! Rooms were very clean and well kept. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. Great place to stay when you want some peace and quiet in Miami beach.
