Pros: I love that you serve a HOT BREAKFAST versus a continental choice. I appreciate that there are enough relatively healthy options offered to choose from. I also appreciate the gym on the premise. Overall, the facility is clean and offers the basic conveniences for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff are friendly, attentive, courteous, and professional.
Cons: I would have preferred to see more toiletries provided. While there was a sign informing that one can ask for something at the front desk, it would have been nice if it were already there rather than having to wait for it to be delivered to the room or going to the front desk.

Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the enclosed pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The exterior of the window to my room had green algae like mold growing on it. I'm sure that it a somewhat normal occurrence in warm humid climates when there isn't direct sunlight but they should probably get it scraped off every now and then.

Pros: Sadly, the best thing about the hotel was the automatic pancake machine on the breakfast buffet. Everything else was just mediocre.
Cons: Upon arrival we were given our room keys. However, when we went to the room we discovered the room had not been cleaned. This was very disappointing. We were then given another room. Also the pool was not clean. The water was murky and did not look in

Pros: Perfect location ... combo enemy to all my planned venues
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Our family stayed at HGI for the 4th of July weekend. We had a wonderful stay. There are a lot of eating places that are right across the street; Applebees, Logans, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cracker Barrel and others. On the other side of the interstate there's McDonald's, Popeyes, Chick FIL A, Red Lobster, Sam's Club, and Bonita Lake Mall. The beds are comfortable, there's a bar for drinks, coffee is free, but BKFST cost $12.99; my advice is to go to Cracker Barrel or the waffle house for hot cooked food that's tasty and at a fair price.
Cons: The hotel is too pricey to not include breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Food was great. Staff was great. Very comfortable!
Cons: Price but fair
9,6 Excellent
Cons: A small complimentary breakfast would be nice to add.

9,7 Excellent
Pros: Warm and friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, hot showers with Neutrogena bath products, microwaves in the room, and free coffee. There is a bar but it was closed during our stay. The gym is well equipped, and the pool is indoors. There are lots of restaurants and shopping areas close by.
Cons: My only complaint is that breakfast was not included for the steep price. There was a Drury Inn right across the street that was advertising free hot breakfast. The price for that hotel was the same price as HGI. in fact, every other hotel in t h e area offered free breakfast. Next time I will check first before I book here again.

Pros: Choosing one thing that was best about this hotel is a challenge so I'll just list what enjoyed what start to finish. Checking in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent and the exercise room was nice & clean.

Pros: The staff and the breakfast were amazing!!! I came in town for the weekend for my baby shower/ sleep over! We legitimately did not want to leave. The breakfast was like sitting in a restaurant ordering off of a menu and for the price with my genius rewards it was truly a bargain stay. The hotel is about 3 minutes from all the city shopping the mall, Walmart, Ross, and all of the restaurants. Applebee’s is right across the street including Logan’s and BWW! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Just needed someone to come clean our mirror and without complaint she came right in and cleaned the mirror with a smile. Hopefully all Hampton Inns are like this was as this is now my hotel of choice!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The entire hotel was filthy. The room we booked had not been cleaned that day. It was totally trashed. We thought we may have walked into an occupied room. The hallways were filthy. We were given a second room on another dirty floor. The halls smelled like someone was smoking pot. And they were. The second room the bed was not comfortable as it was not made up properly. The mattress cover was lumpy and wrinkled and uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel was noisy. All in all it was a dissatisfactory stay. The front desk clerk said she’d give us a discount on cost but she didn’t.

Pros: Breakfast and the staff was great.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Choosing one thing that was best about this hotel is a challenge so I'll just list what enjoyed what start to finish. Checking in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent and the exercise room was nice & clean.

Cons: Lot of traffic noise from interstate. Kept me awake most of the night. 4th floor carpet in front of elevators was tattered and filthy. Looked like grease stains. Breakfast was an additional $7.99 charge. Not what I expected. Disappointed!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large Room
Cons: On Friday night of stay, it sounded like a drag strip. Loud road noise until approximately midnight, then things settled down. Saturday night of stay, noise didn't seem to be as bad. This is nothing the hotel can control, but be aware if you need sleep.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very neat and clean.
Cons: We would have liked it if they had a continental breakfast.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to access, bed was comfortable.
