Cons: The room was very big but almost empty of furniture. Looked as if furniture was planned for it but not added. When I mentioned to front desk they said that corner rooms were meant to be that way For people with many suitcases. But ther was only one rack to place a suitcase. Besides there was barely any toiletries as if the hotel has been cutting every single expense. No washcloths, no kleenex, etc. towells were frayed and old. It was all about impressive lobby.

Cons: I had US$500 cash stolen from my wallet while it was a in a locked locker in the spa / gym area. I'd been out shopping with my wife and were looking to buy her some clothes and a suitcase, so I took US$2,200 with me. Wallet was in my front pocket at all times. We didn't find what we wanted so I didn't spend any of it. Returned to hotel and went straight to the spa to book a massage. They were free immediately and suggested we put our belongings safe in one of their lockers, and we took the locker key. An hour later I unlocked the locker and went to get some cash to tips the masseuses and saw that US$500 was missing. Locker not forced, the money can only have been taken by a staff member with a master key or spare key. Reported it to the supervisor at reception (Jonathan) but he didn't want to know, wouldn't take any responsibility. Very disappointing.

Cons: We went out at 8am for a wine tour arriving back at the room at 5.15pm to find the room hadn’t been serviced. The cleaner then arrived at 5.30pm to clean our room so we had to leave the room and wait. It was a shame as this was the time we wanted to use the room to relax. I think 5.30pm is very late and inconvenient to clean the room.

Cons: Multiple times, the electricity in our room shut off. We had to take the key card out of the slot and re-insert it, but it was a slight annoyance when trying to get ready in the morning. Just a heads up these I thought breakfast was included in our room, which it wasn't, so that was my mistake, but everywhere else we stayed in Argentina had breakfast included.

Pros: The hotel was decorated in a plush, quirky manor which was very nice. The lobby and restaurant were lovely. Our room was very magnolia and lacked character but was clean and comfortable so it was fine. The air conditioning seemed to have 2 settings, very strong or very very strong and was quite noisy but we switched off before bed and the room stayed cool enough to sleep! Great location in Mendoza attached to the Sheraton and a casino. Taxi rank opposite the hotel and Wi-Fi worked everywhere!

Cons: On check out the receptionist tried to over charge us by $70USD. It took her 3 goes to arrive at the rate we had booked months before. When she finally got the bill correct she was very hostile rather than apologetic for trying to charge us nearly an entire additional night! We had 2 waters and 2 food items from the room which added 900 peso onto the bill (about £9) which is extortionate for Argentina.

Cons: It was OK, but the hotel is a bit run down, feels like a place from the 90s with kitsch posters, very low ceilings, and the pool is minuscule. Overall we expected the hotel to be higher end when looking at the pictures. You probably get more value from a 3* hotel in the vicinity or from the Sheraton next door.

Cons: Old outdated building. Reception staff were very slow and not very helpful. The wine cellar was not open, except on the specific time and day they do wine tasting..which did not happen the 4 nights I was there. At check out they first tried to charge me the 21% vat until I told them to remove it and I still didnt receive my booking.com price qouted. Check out took 30 mins and I was late for my tour so I didnt have time to work out the exchange rate changes but I was definitely overcharged. I saw multiple people arguing that they were being overcharged.

Cons: We were given another, bigger apartment for the first night since the air conditioning was broken on the one that we had booked. The first apartment was located on the ground floor so it wasn't so nice that we weren't able to lock the window from the inside, so it basically stayed open for the whole night. The second apartment was okay sizes BUT it was quite dirty. Every day, even though the cleaning has been made, there was a lot of long black hair all over the apartment. Disgusting. The bedlinens were dirty on one bed and had holes on the other bed.

It is only sweet pastries, sweet yoghurt, burnt croissants and any decent extras (like cheese, ham, eggs) are charged on top. The service was rude and the lack of food at some points ended up with us arguing with other guests for 2 pieces of bread. Avoid the nuisance and go to the places around. Garage: a bit expensive Staff: Being friendly at times doesn’t entirely compensate for being coarse and unhelpful. Swimming Pool: A bit small. Half of the day closed for cleaning, next half, overcrowded and dirty.

Cons: No wifi on 4th floor. As I waited for help with the heat the hotel staff answered two calls from others with problems and they gave the same excuse- that it was sporadic and they should wait a bit. At night, the heat was not working in two rooms. They came to fix it but were unable. It was 0C or 32F outside. Beds are hard. TVs in some of the rooms are old and the sheets seem to be made of canvas- thick and stiff. We stayed in 101, 410, and 308. Family in 107, 406, and 307. 101 and 107 has doble single beds AND we moved. 410 and 406 had heating problems and no wifi. We were cold in 410 and family did not like the very small shower in 406. 307's door does not lock. Breakfast is good but the container for the milk didn't work- it provided milk but almost a very small stream.

Cons: We saw the pictures of the room and chose it because it was light and had air condition. We were backpacking and wanted to upgrade for a couple of days to something nicer than a hostel. We were slightly disappointed because we got a corner room with a tree in front of the window which meant that even with the light on in the room, it was still very dark. Furthermore, there was no air condition in our room even though the confirmation email explicitly stated there would be. It was 38 degrees one of the days so we slept very bad because of the heat. Lastly, the drain in the bathroom smelled so bad and it went in to our room so unless the door to the bathroom was constantly closed, it smelled so bad all over. The maids came in every day and made the bed and for some reason left the bathroom door open every time so we wound come home to a really bad smell that would take hours to go away... not ideal. The staff however was sublime and very helpful and really polite! Not one bad thing to say about them! The breakfast was very good as well!!

Cons: The room was shabby and the aircon noisy. The photographs do not reflect the hotel. We were first given a room facing an internal wall but on request it was changed. The bathroom needed regrouting, as it had mould growing between the tiles. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had rubbery mattress protector. The worst thing though was the response of the hotel management when I was unable to stay for my first night due to flight cancellation following the state of emergency being declared in Chile. I messaged ahead to the hotel to advise on the day of my stay as soon as my flight was cancelled, and arrived at 1pm the following day. They still charged for that first night. Seems like they are making money out of others misfortunes. I have similar issues on this trip with La Paz and the hotel there has been much more understanding. The lack of managerial professionalism and attention to detail is apparent through the hotel. However the staff on reception and at breakfast however were kind and helpful.

Pros: Location is good. Internet in the room is good. Shower is good. Bed is comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast is the standard deal. Room was not ready at check in (stated at 3pm). We had to wait until 4.30 to move into the room.

Pros: Great staff, esp. The chief of the Reception desk - very helpful and kind. Good bed, good windows that allowed good sleep even with some traffic below. Quite nice breakfast. A balkony to just sit outside. Overall very good value for the money.
Cons: In the bathroom the water pressure was very unstable - taking a shower was switching between full power of rather very hot water and just a few drops.

Pros: The location of the hotel is the best thing ever because is super close to the heart of the city. Is in the middle of downtown, happy for that made my days easier
Cons: The pool and the jacuzzi, in the room were the pool was located didn't have lights. The jacuzzi wasn't hot enough and 2 days the water was dirty

Pros: Regular hotel, nothing special but nothing wrong with it either. Cheap laundry service and done they same day, but they lost my laundry bag..nbd but maybe they never return them. Good location and value for your money.
