Good location. Walking distance to Beale Street, Bass Pro, Civic Center and many attractions. Hotel overlooks the river. Breakfast was great and the workers were wonderful. All the staff made us feel at home—very accommodating.

Pros (+) We were on ground floor- street level. And fully expected street noise and hall noise. Didn't hear anything all night- so we had a great nights sleep. And the beds were ultra comfortable.
Cons (-) They are in the process of updating and renovating. Didn't really have a problem with if.
Pros (+) The staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was a block away from downtown trolley service.

Pros (+) Great location for price. Easy walk to Beale St or close to bus route if you do not feel like walking. Lots of choice for eating/restaurants within walking distance. Room had fridge & microwave. Breakfast the usual... waffles, bagels, eggs, bacon, pastries, cereal, fruit etc ... no complaints from our family!
Cons (-) Nothing to complain about. Good value
Pros (+) Modest hotel overall, but good breakfast and good value overall; friendly staff, too.
Cons (-) A bit north of entertainment district.
