Pros (+) Clean, tidy, spacious would be the words that I'd use to describe Oaks on William. The Cafe they have downstairs is really nice for breakfast.
Cons (-) The rooms without a view of the park look straight into an office building and with no sheer curtains I had to keep the blinds closed. The first morning I was there I ran out of hot water in the shower, but this didn't happen again. They only give 30 free wifi per day.
