Pros (+) Guy at checkin took over 30 min to check me in to one room. After all that the room ended up being charged to the card for incidentals as opposed Kayak. Very frustrating.

Pros (+) I ❤️ The price per night.....We just needed a room that was close to family, safe and with decent A/C.
Cons (-) Didn't care for the thin walls or for the elephants that roomed above us but what can you expect at that low price ??

Pros (+) Evening front desk clerk, he was very nice in checking in.
Cons (-) Filthy NASTY mattress, carpet, mold, barely shutting doors, staff walking in on you in room, when you leave your room they come in turn off AC & unplug fridge that I had full of now ruined food. Police, prostitutes & drug use always seen. Just shocked didn't know this chain was so bad.
