Pros (+) Pretty view from our beachfront room.
Cons (-) Everything is by the book. Not a good, fun feeling. They have the cruise crowd in which overtakes the whole resort- obnoxious. The lovely pool pictures on the website is freezing. The pools that are warm are trashy.

Pros (+) I loved staying at this hotel and I felt completely at home. Room with the ocean view is amazing. Private beach area for those staying at the hotel. Complimentary breakfast buffet is great but get there early. Staff is amazing. This hotel also has many activities for guests. I would suggest to book their all inclusive package. Pros (+) Italian Dinner Restaurant has pretty good food. Pools are very nice and I believe they are salt water pools. No more smelling like chlorine or burning eyes. Activities are good
Cons (-) The only bad thing about this hotel is that they ask for your bracelet number for everything, which slows down the process to get anything. Instead of going straight to the bar and ordering a drink, you have to wait in line behind people ordering food, in order to order a drink. Need to start a scanning process in order to speed up things.
