Top tips for finding Mayrhofen hotel deals

  • If you’re looking for a cheap hotel in Mayrhofen, you should consider visiting during the low season. You'll find cheaper accommodations in Mayrhofen in March and September.
  • Hotel room prices vary depending on many factors but you’ll most likely find the best hotel deals in Mayrhofen if you stay on a Friday. The opposite is true for, Tuesday, which is usually the most expensive day.
  • Book at least 17 days before your stay begins to get the best price for your Mayrhofen accommodation.
  • If you are looking for a cheaper hotel in Mayrhofen then you should look for hotels that are not in the centre of the town. For example, Pension Kumbichlhof is located about a 14min walk from the centre of town, but tends to be less expensive than that of hotels located more centrally.
  • For those that want to embrace nature on their visit to Mayrhofen, you should look to stay close to one of the many hiking trails. A hotel such as Hotel Landhaus Carla is located only a 15min walk from where the walk starts, so it could be a good option for those wanting to get to the trail as quickly as possible.
  • Choosing a hotel that offers free Wi-Fi is a good idea to ensure that you do not get charged extra by you mobile phone company for roaming fees. One hotel that offers Wi-Fi to its guests is Hotel Rose. This hotel is well located too, being only about a 5min walk to the centre of Mayrhofen.
  • If you want pure relaxation on your holiday, then staying at a hotel with a pool and spa is a great idea. An example of a hotel that offers these facilities, including a spa, hot tub and steam room, is Elisabethhotel Premium Private Retreat. This hotel is also well-located, being only a 4min walk to the centre of Mayrhofen, should you want to explore.
  • Take away the worry of how you are getting to and from the airport by choosing a hotel that offers airport shuttles. One example is Gutshof Zillertal, a hotel that offers a shuttle service to Innsbruck Airport. This journey takes about 1h, so it won’t take you long to begin your holiday upon landing.

PROS: Very friendly welcome. I received my keycard at 9.30 a.m to use the facilities of the hotel (change clothes to start skiing 15 min after arrival). Only 3 min walk to the skilift. Quality of the breakfast buffet very well.
