Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the station, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many guests noting that rooms and facilities are well maintained. However, several reviews mention that the hotel is somewhat dated, and some guests feel that the price is high for the room size and comfort offered. Bed comfort and amenities like water provision and breakfast options received some criticism, but overall, guests appreciate the convenience and service provided.
