Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to the train and bus stations, as well as nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The service is often described as friendly and helpful, and several guests enjoyed the breakfast and the views from the breakfast area. However, some guests found the rooms to be small and the beds uncomfortable, and a few mentioned issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the positive aspects of location and service stand out most.
