Great room next to the pool, super clean, kind genuine staff who went out of their way to help. Large room and very comfortable with everything you need ! Beautiful setting, great pool and facilities and the whole thing very pretty clean and comfortable. We also ate in house one night and loved it. Location a little further than others but really only ten mins more and it meant that we were in a more local area than a touristy area which we loved -the locals were very welcoming and lots of smiles and welcoming nods even though we couldn’t communicate much. Felt more genuine and authentic that right in the hustle and bustle and was a welcome sanctuary to come back to. Overall we loved this place !!
Nothing really -it was all perfect !
Friendly, clean and amazing atmosphere. The Riad is calm, quiet and relaxing with professional and welcoming staff. A wonderful stay. Wish it was longer.
Breakfast was okay though nothing cooked for you for breakfast, just pre-cooked products which you could get yourself in Carrefour or (for crepes) in the street - they are cooked everywhere around the place. Pool is a good thing after a long hot day, though it's not deep and small in length.
We were put in the worst room just next to breakfast/dinner tables, if you don't shut your curtain fully and turn on the light in the evening, you are well seen to everyone. When people moved from a room at the second floor, next to the pool, we asked to move us there, staff told us that they will do their best to reach "Hotel owner" and get his approval, but in the end I guess they didn't and we had to live in our room with a breakfast view all time. Very upset, and for so much money, you could find much more luxurious place in Marrakech.
It was a lovely Riad that had a familial vibe rather than a hotel (I've seen some riads that have the architecture but have a hotel-level facilities and service). Anywhere else, the cleaners moving my stuff all around the room, even unpacking bags, would've been distressing. In this case I knew it was nice customer service, as they even found my dirty clothes bag and washed and dried them at no charge.
This place rocks the house !!! Antoine and his team is just fantastic, always available, always helpful, always friendly! Clementine is a real retreat from the bustling Marrakech street life, clean, realxed, stylish and with that extra "Swiss touch"... just wonderful! Location is perfect. Will definitely return !
A stay at Riad Clémentine places you in the heart of Marrakech, a 6-minute drive from Souk Zrabi and 11 minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
