Pros (+) Location and value are the best aspects of this establishment. The staff was friendly also.
Cons (-) The floors in the room were dirty. Walk across them with wet feet and the bottom of your feet would be black. It seems like they vacuum regularly, but not mop.

Pros (+) Cabanna bar was great and Ryan was wonderful.. After a small issue with the room AC we had a very pleasant stay.
Cons (-) Quite disappointed with the unadvertised "Resort fee" that was tacked on to our bill upon checkout.

Pros (+) Good location near the west end of Marathon. Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms were nice.
Cons (-) Marathon FL still recovering from hurricane IRMA in 2017. That said Banana Bay was in good shape, and almost fully functioning. The restaurant was closed and the manager told me it would be some time before it was running again. Our AC didn’t completely work, but I alerted the front desk and they had it fixed the next day.

Pros (+) Rooms were updated with good wifi. TV was good. Shower was great. Pool was very good. Gulfside view was great from beach area.location in middle of Marathon is very convenient
Cons (-) No comfortable chairs. Pool, though large, was shared with Marina guests and adjacent Beach Club guests...may have to walk a ways to pool or Beach area. Not a beach that you can swim at.

Pros (+) Location was nice water view was pretty. Rooms were clean, but the floors were dirty. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Well it's been 2 weeks and since the "system was down" at checkout I was informed my receipt would be emailed to me. Still waiting. Tiki bar was very limited beer and wine and closed at 6:30pm.

Pros (+) Nice property with clean rooms. Great spot to see sunset and a very nice large pool. Beach is small rocky and too close to Marina.
Cons (-) Beach too close to Marina. Property really for boater transients so mainly older retired people.
