Pros:Rooms were clean and employees were friendly. Location was great for the purpose of our visit.
Cons:One of the 2 rooms I booked had a TV that was not working. The management attempted to have it fixed, but were unsuccessful. They wanted to move us to another room, but it was 11pm by that time and we declined. I was surprised to find out the next morning that the Americinn in Mankato told us since we booked through a third party they were unable to offer us anything for our inconvenience and we would have to contact your company to take issue with the room with no TV. I wonder if it would have been the same response if the toilet wasn't functioning properly?! Result of my experience...I have lost a fair amount of confidence in the third party booking process. Seems like if I went out to dinner with a gift certificate the restaurant wouldn't tell me to address concern for my burnt steak with the source of the certificate? Is there anything you can do to help me out? I hope this is not standard procedure for all your bookings. Sincerely, Mike Rubeck
