When you look at the pictures listed on their website you expect to arrive and see a little more. This should have been clarified better. The shower is directly over the toilet. So you will definitely have a wet seat if you decide to go poo after a shower. The room itself is barely 5 foot wide. Reminds me of watching discovery channels prison videos. Overall is a clean room. Pros (+) I went to the dinner buffet, and it was literally the best one I've ever been to in my entire life. Additionally, although the hotel is a bit dated, it's classy and a very special place.
Cons (-) I didn't love being so far out of city center, so I left a night early. If you're looking for a staycation or want to be close to Intramuros, this is a fantastic place to be.

Pros (+) The room at the tower good. Breakfast has lots of choices and good service too.

From the website, the room grade i select was suppose to be the newly renovated rooms with rain shower, marble bathroom counter, tv in bathroom and etc... But when i check in, i was assigned to a older room at the main building without all as described. I call the loddy and they told me that my room grade was not the newly renovated rooms, it is available...
