Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Restaurant was great. Staff was very helpful especially in ordering a Grab ride and keeping the room clean. Second time staying here and glad I did.

Pros (+) Excellent hotel in the old walled city of Manila. Some renovations were in progress but the rooms were clean and I had a view. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and the Italian restaurant had great pizzas. The staff was fantastic. They been over backwards to assist you.

Pros (+) The food and the drinks were amazing especially on the rooftop! The rooms were quiet and clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its located on the inside of the Intramuros walls so it felt safe. Quiet at night!
Cons (-) Its located on a very busy corner of town so there is a lot of traffic during the day and evening.
