Very easy to find, staff was friendly.
When booking the room, was told that breakfast was included, when in fact it was not. A restaurant was available, at a cost. The room was small and had been remodeled and was not done very well. Not sure this hotel qualifies as a 3-star.
Need curtains over the window shades, to much early morning sun coming through
Very comfortable beds and friendly staff.
No very pleased.
Nice, clean, good room size
Need curtains over blinds to keep sun out as it rises
The beds & pillows. The shower was really good. The AC was perfect.
Would like to of had a microwave. My son's room there did not have a fridge either.
Location & Staff
Location was perfect. It was clean and staff very nice and friendly.
TV did not work. Staff fixed and the. Next day it did not work again. It seemed there was no closet in the room. Staff said it was a cubby right inside the door. If it existed, it was behind an either locked or extremely stuck door.
Location and staff were great. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable.
The hotel needs some updating and it looked like that was about to be fine.
right across from K-state campus
Staff was wonderful. We arrived early for a vet appointment at Kansas State after driving since 5 in the morning. They allowed us to check in early and get settled before the surgery
It would be nice to have a free breakfast and a sundries shop with snacks and basic medications and travel supplies
On campus location
No indoor pool
Our ac in the original room was not working & they were quick to get us another room.
No continental breakfast.
