Pros:
Staff friendly but over-talkative about current events such as COVID-19 (calling it, effectively, fake news)Cons:
Got a larger vehicle than intended (SUV rather than large car), which in turn costs more in gas. Should have some sort of reimbursement in these cases.2,0 Poor

Cons:
Their airport office closed at 6pm and our outbound flight was cancelled within 15 minutes. There were stranded passengers who needed rental cars (including me) and no rental facility was open. Not helpful at all. Instead of saving a few $$ of payroll, Hertz should consider this and have some way for stranded passages who need cars to access them. I will not use Hertz ever again.2,0 Poor

Pros:
They never call me back or anything after I made the reservation. Please tell people when is their reservation open or not. I got there and they told me that didn't have enough cars, having a reservation 3 days before hand.2 locations in Manhattan

Pros:
I arrived to pick up my car. The agent was super nice and very happy. (Definitely not what you expect at most rental car places) The car was ready and waiting for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes...The agent escorted me to my car, checked it over with me, showed me all the bells and whistles...and i was on my way! WOW I would definitely recommend Enterprise!Cons:
