Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, beautiful heritage architecture, and the friendliness of the staff. Many enjoyed the unique atmosphere and spacious rooms, as well as the quality of the food and restaurant interiors. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, inconsistent service standards, and disappointment with the swimming pool's condition. Some guests also noted maintenance issues and felt the property did not always match the photos online. Overall, the hotel's charm and staff were standout positives, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
