The reception staff are just incredible so friendly and helpful and it's just the loveliest place to walk into and be greeted by people who actually care
Staff in the restaurant. We went to the theatre last Sunday evening and I thought the restaurant was open till late as that what it said on website and in book in room we arrived at about 9:30 and got told food stops been served at 9pm nowhere could I find where it said this and also the restaurant staff completly ignored me waiting there by the desk waiting to be attended to I had to go in and ask. At breakfast we were seated given coffee we were told we would be given a few minutes to decide what we wanted which was great but that turned into 25-30 minutes before our order was taken. Breakfast was cold but we ate it because we were so hungry. Also prefer the buffet breakfast back next time. There was enough people eating breakfast that it would of been viable to do (I'm a chef so understand these things..... It may of also been hotter in the serving dishes) and also the young Asian girl who has no idea about table numbers wouldn't have to struggle with every single dish she brings out
