The staff were helpful especially Poly
The breakfast was not great tomatoes burnt, sausages hard rock, weird odour from the toilet, the floor was making squeaky noise.
En suite bathroom. Free shower gel and soap.
Narrow staircase, very difficult to get your luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor. Bathroom ok but nothing to write home about. Room was ok but I feel like is not good value for money...
Ideal for a game at West Ham
There was hair on my bedsheets, noisy room, appalling surroundings (they are currently refurbishing the place). Would not recommend. You are better off booking a Travelodge round the corner with the same amount of money
Location, friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was slow coming, only warm and was not freshly cooked
