Cons (-) The lobby had one working lift and looked more like a backstage area. Only one lift worked which took an age to arrive. Annoyingly I was on eighth floor. Air conditioning was also broken in my room. Hotel ignored feeeback email. Wouldn't recommend

Pros (+) The staff couldn't be more helpful or available. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. And the bedroom was huge with the most amazing bathroom
