Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring local attractions, theaters, and restaurants. Many reviewers also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good value for the price. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty rooms, old facilities, and inadequate housekeeping. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and spacious, others noted problems with maintenance and amenities. Overall, the positives center on location, service, and affordability, but cleanliness and upkeep need improvement.
