Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Teatro Amazonas and the historic center, making it convenient for sightseeing. Many reviewers also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several guests report negative experiences with service, particularly at reception, and mention issues with cleanliness, such as musty smells and maintenance problems in rooms. The breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it lacking in variety or quality. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are strong points, improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast quality.
