Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, delicious and plentiful breakfast, and convenient location near shopping centers and bus terminals. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and bedding, as well as occasional problems with value for price. Despite some negative feedback, especially regarding hygiene, the positive service and breakfast experiences stood out for most guests.
