Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful service, enjoyable breakfast options, and the inviting pool area. Many appreciated the beautiful gardens and tennis facilities, as well as the overall atmosphere. However, several reviews pointed out issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, and some noted that parts of the hotel felt dated or in need of renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, especially the staff and amenities, stood out for most visitors.
