Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, modern decor, and well-equipped amenities such as terraces and kitchens. Many found the rooms spacious and comfortable. However, several reviews highlighted the inconvenient location, with steep hills, many stairs, and limited public transport, making access challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. Service and communication were also commonly criticized, with guests noting difficulties with check-in, lack of staff presence, and insufficient information provided. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of the property, especially its cleanliness and amenities, stood out for many visitors.
