Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, as well as its attractive location by the Thames, which many found convenient for travel and leisure. The breakfast was frequently described as good or enjoyable, with some highlighting unique touches like food trucks or riverside seating. However, several guests were disappointed by the small room sizes and cramped bathrooms, and many noted issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and lack of amenities such as air conditioning or elevators. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and setting stood out for most visitors.
