Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was highlighted as a major positive aspect. Some guests also mentioned friendly and helpful staff, particularly at the front desk and management. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with many reviews citing dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and overall lack of maintenance. The breakfast offering was generally viewed as poor, with limited and unappealing options. While a few guests found the rooms comfortable and the hotel met their basic needs, negative experiences with cleanliness and amenities were frequent.AI-generated from customer reviews
