At least to have something available for staff to carry their luggage to their room. I had 3 suitcases and had to walk them 1 by one to the elevator and then to my room.

Pros (+) GRATE SERVICE: Nice and clean room. Nice attention from employees. Good shuttle bus service. Tasty breakfast
Cons (-) I did not like the dinner at the buffet restaurant, everything was with a taste of old or prepared too much in advance, not fresh......maybe because it was night? I could barely eat. I made a reservation for one person but I was given a three beds room.....
