Cons (-) There was a rotted banana in the bin (not ours), but otherwise completely swank hotel!!! Outstanding experience!

Pros (+) Front desk staff was very responsive. Hotel architecture, floors, rooms, etc are amazing. Never saw anything like them!
Cons (-) The restaurant staff was terrible. We were two businessmen dressed in suits. We entered the restaurant at 9:15 pm; It was not busy but had a number of tables with patrons. We walked out at 9:40, having gotten not so much as a glass of water, or even a nod in our direction, let alone an "Ill be right with you."
