Location and room!
Check in time, took 30 minutes even though we did the online check in.

Location - very central, just 1 street away from Plaza Mayor, easy accessible. Room - I picked a double room with balcony for myself, so great size. Rooftop was only accessible by stairs so you need to lift you luggage. Bed - was very very soft. They gentleman at the reception was very helpful!
Lady at reception wasn't really motivated and was really short compared to the other staff I have meet.

This a central budget place. Unfortunately we had room 331 which only had a window on to the hall and all night the hall lights blinked on and off with a noisy clack - impossible to sleep. Later I was in room 318 which was better
