Location was perfect: between two restaurants (one with tasty food, another one with live shows) and Walgreens, and in very beginning of promenade, which was pretty comfortable. Also, we were very lucky to get a great view of sunset right from our window. We really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: Everything was fantastic. My friends and I enjoyed and would definitely book again next time we want to get away to treasure island.
Cons: Only complaint is the pool was bath water warm. It would have been more refreshing, after being in the Florida heat, if the temp was maybe 8-10 degrees cooler.

4,6 Okay
Pros: Location was convenient for out stay
Cons: The dish rack was absolutely crusty and dirty, didn’t even want to place a clean dish in there; the air conditioning unit sounded like a helicopter landing. Notified local Mgt about the air conditioner on arrival on fri afternoon -no one came to look at it till Monday, the day before we left..with multiple empty units we could have been offered an alternative room...The only mirror was an over the sink mirror in the bathroom.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Memory foam in 2nd bedroom and pullout ottoman. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Also liked location of unit and views from balcony and 2nd bedroom. 2 backpack beach chairs for us to use we’re nice.
Cons: Garbage disposal was leaking and still not fixed 2 days after reporting it to management. Unit was bit musty.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The location is amazing! The pool was lovely and well kept. The amenities were very convenient, like having a washer/dryer in the room. I do have some complaints though. There is a substantial "cleaning fee" but be warned - our unit was not clean when we arrived, it actually had DIRTY linens balled up in a hamper in the closet. AND you have to wash your own whites, take out the trash to a dumpster, run the dishwasher, etc. as a requirement of staying here. So what does the cleaning fee cover? I'm still trying to figure that out. That was money wasted in my opinion. Units are "maintained" by individual owners, therefore, your mileage may vary greatly. We were placed in a unit with broken appliances, broken shower, broken furniture, and a completely unsafe, unusable sleeper sofa. There were no room darkening curtains and the flimsy blinds were broken, giving us zero privacy and making it difficult to sleep comfortably. If you check in after office hours (inevitable for us due to a flight delay) you won't be able to address these "non-urgent" problems until the following business day. "Management" will promptly blame the condo unit's owner and will not take any responsibility for your inconvenience. We were blamed for "choosing the cheapest unit" as the reason for receiving a dirty unit with appliances and a sleeping space that could not be used. When we secured this booking there was no map detailing which units were the nicest or worst in relationship to the prices. And whether it's "cheap" or not, it was supposed to include certain items such as a sleeper sofa, microwave, shower, etc. and that part of the agreement was not fulfilled. Bottom line: the sign out front says "Luxury Condo Hotel" and this is not true. It is not a hotel. There is nothing luxury about it.
Cons: Lack of cleanliness and upkeep, poor customer service, broken appliances, beds as not described and not functional, unpredictable quality of units, additional fee for the cleaning service, even though there are several requirements for the customer to do the cleaning.
7,9 Good
Cons: Only 1 car parking
5,8 Okay
Pros: Right on the beach. Close to things we wanted to include on our trip, like Ft. De Soto and the Egmont Island Ferry. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Facility as a whole was nicer than a hotel, since we had separate beds and rooms for 3 people to sleep and were able to do some of our own cooking.
Cons: Appliances were very outdated and cheap to begin with. Had to wash dishes by hand, including the ones in the cabinets. Bowls provided looked like something you'd donate to charity and the metal strainer was rusted. Forks size of cocktail forks and bent when mixing tuna salad. The floors were swept, but hadn't been scrubbed in a while - our feet were dirty after 10 minutes out of the shower and tile grout black in traffic areas and different color on edges. Caulk in tub old and black in places. There was a coffee maker, but no filters. Unit location not favorable, anything with 11 on the end of the number is on street and heard traffic noises all night. Pool was very small and shaded most time. Beach not very visible from pool as in promo photo.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location! Walk out the door and you are on the beach! Fantastic beach with nearby beach cafes. Owners left wine, beach chairs and little extras that made the stay easy. Unit was newly clean clean clean! Walgreens, Mexican restaurant, Italian restaurant and beach bars within 2 block walk. One minute drive to Publix. Endless places to go or never leave the beach-your choice.
Cons: The beds were hard as rocks. After 2 sleepless nights, we went to Walmart to get foam mattress pads.
7,1 Good
Pros: Value, beachfront, bed was great, that from a person with a bad back. Bathrooms are in need of updating but still very usable. I would stay here again.
Cons: No restaurant on property. No even drinks and snacks. Bathrooms were addressed previously.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, rooms, staff.
Cons: Right next to loud pool
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and Great staff
Cons: Dishwasher too small and non-cotton sheets on bed
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beach access was wonderful and so was the pool area. We had a great time.
Cons: There was a problem with the hot water in both showers. Water only luke warm. Hot water was fine in the sink faucets just not hot enough in the showers. We didn't mention it during our stay but let the office know when we left. I didn't mind much because it was nice to cool off a little after being out at the beach all day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, and the unit was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean.
Cons: At certain times, no elevator was working. At check-in there was one, but that one later in the night became out of order.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic and everyone was helpful.
Cons: Halls and elevators extremely HOT!!!
6,0 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: The hotel decided to paint the walls in the parking area on a VERY windy day. There were white paint splatters all over our car! We happened to be walking by and saw them trying to wipe our car down. They hadn't coned the areas off or warned anyone!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff  was awesome. She helped get us checked in and was very friendly and accommodating. The access to John's Pass was within walking distance for dinner. The perfect access to the beach was without question worth the price of the trip.
Cons: The carpet in our room (803) was dirty. I needs to be washed or replaced. Also, we booked and paid for a studio (picture showed a couch and a full size fridge). We did not have a couch and we only had a mini fridge.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I liked the size of the suite. Also the 2 doors of the bathroom. The beautiful sea view. A good breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room size was great. We did not feel cramped at all. The king size bed was very comfortable. The easy access to the beach. The great view from our balcony. The free breakfast was a nice. The full kitchen was perfect for in room meals and snacks.
Cons: Elevator issues a few times. Could have had a little more variety to breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location in relation to restaurants, activities and of course the beach!
Cons: Nothing!
5,0 Okay
Pros: closed to the see
Cons: the air condition did not work
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Clean , modern, good amenities.
Cons: We could not use the beach because the path to the beach was submerged due to recent heavy rains. The flesh eating bacteria concern in Florida makes it dangerous to walk through standing water. The hotel should improve the path to the beach to account for heavy local rainfall and make the beach path more traversable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Right on the beach! Property was very clean and staff was awesome
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location in relation to the beach couldn't have been better. Less than 100 feet from the pool area and you were on the beach. The beach was clean and uncrowded. We spent more time there than we anticipated. The Residence Inn breakfast did not disappoint! Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. My family had more than enough options to start our day off right. They gave me a gluten free bagel every morning!
Cons: The third floor hallway didn't have any air-conditioning when we arrived, but that seemed to improve during our stay. The temperature in our room was always comfortable.
6,3 Good
Pros: Nice property
Cons: Sugar ants in kitchen. Construction on the roof annoying.

Pros: Cozy old-Florida style inn with modern amenities and decor.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: The water pressure is horrible, and it took 15 minutes for the water to get hot
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location! The kitchenette was really nice to have and the free use of bikes and beach chairs was great
Cons: Our room really needed a bathroom door handle on the inside. It was awkward trying to slide the door closed. The shower head needs to be different...you can’t change the angle of the shower head which for short people is an issue. One last suggestion is that they put a dresser in our room , which was room 105.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very warm welcome, very clean, nice pool to come back to after a day at the beach and excellent location. A lot of good places to eat near by and good bars the lengh of the beach. Recommed a long weekend at the beach just to recharge the batteries for the theme parks and the Suites was perfect.
Cons: One small gripe was a wedding party decided to carry on partying on return to the hotel,

6,5 Good
Pros: The location was amazing. It was near the beach and restaurants.
Cons: Room 205. The bed and the size of the room. The bed is from Ikea. It was uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The bathroom door could not be opened if you were Inside the bathroom. You had to open it before stepping in. ohh and the bathroom exhaust fan feel from the ceiling and was hanging down when we came back to the room.

Pros: Second stay...better than our first. We love the Plaza Beach Hotel and will be back. The beds are so comfortable!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. They always said hello and greeted us. The room was very comfortable and not cramped. The pool was great. The tiki bar was wonderful and Chris the bartender was great. When our plans changed and we called them to see if we could return and book 4 more nights they were very accommodating and had us a room ready and waiting by the time we returned.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything and the staff were friendly and helpful
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The lights from outside at night coming around the windows making the room bright all night long. hard to sleep with so much light in the room. Also, the people upstairs could be heard walking around late into the evening/early morning and again around 7 in the morning, making it hard to sleep.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Loved the layout of the room. Wasn’t there long enough to take full advantage of the amenities.
Cons: Was a little pricey
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, great location right on the beach.
Cons: Could use a little more things to do during time at pool or beach, get guest involved in games or activities. You can only swim for so long before you get board and look for places to go elswhere.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! We’ve been coming here for over 20 years and never had a problem, we love it, rooms are comfortable and have everything we need. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful. Being so near the beach is fantastic, my early morning walks by the sea are my favourite, we never want to leave when it’s time to go back to the UK.
Cons: Wouldn’t let us move in permanently!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The proximity to the beach was wonderful! The resort is small, but never felt overcrowded. The front desk staff was helpful when the office was open. We loved being able to walk to Publix and the larger fridge made eating in the room easier.
Cons: We had a room on the bottom floor. The sound from the room above us was so loud! Every step, furniture move, or door closing was very loud in the room. Quiet hours were good for outside, but some nights the group above is didn't stop moving until midnight! The bathroom was poorly ventilated. Any shower made the room completely steamed and since there was only one other room there was no where to get dressed where you could be dry before dressing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean! Great location, definitely will look into coming back! We received occasional text messages from the front desk making sure everything was to our liking.
Cons: There was a volleyball tournament going on directly behind the hotel. We didn't know anything about it until after our first night. It wasn't necessarily bad, but a heads up would've been appreciated. My only problem was that when walking down to the beach, we had to go around the volleyball players with our 3 year old and plug her ears due to language haha.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. They offered some resources, such as freebeachride.com to make my stay better. I coud walk right out onto the beautiful beach area. Nice pool and volleyball courts.
Cons: There is no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up a flight of stairs, but I am able-bodied so that wasn't too bad. The floor cleaner they use has a VERY strong chemically scent and it gave me a terrible headache.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: This property and rooms were exceptionally clean. Great location on Saint Pete Beach! Very charming for one of the older style motels and I would definitely stay here again. Sea Turtle across the street has good breakfast!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This resort hotel I booked for $--- was amazing. The staff was great. Right on the beach with their own private beach. Volleyball, pool, bar, shuffleboard mini golf. It was great. They even have tile floors in all rooms.
6,3 Good
Pros: That it was on the beach and the room was spacious.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable.

Pros: Great location to the beach. Good size room.
Cons: Security at night.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, super nice renovated room. Huge pool, perfect beach front property. Definitely staying there again!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Absoluetly wonderful...directly on the beach, clean, cute rooms. We were there for a wedding. It was perfect!
Cons: Not one thing!
7,7 Good
Pros: Convenience of beach access; comfortable beds, space-efficient rooms even thogh limited.
Cons: A little "rinky-dink" in feel -- old-fashioned and a bit odd, but okay all the way around. A little noisy due to the rooms being so close together and the sidewalk being so narrow.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: What can I say, just go there and enjoy it! My husband, 2-year old and myself stayed for 5 nights! The staff is VERY helpful, the room are super great for a family with the lovely kitchen area and the LOCATION, that is just gorgeous. Because it is a small hotel, you get personal treatment and it is just lovely. The heated pool is just an extra plus. We loved it and would definitely go back!
Cons:
6,0 Good
Pros: good location right on beach, small but clean pool, nice room all basic requirment met well
Cons: lack of bar/food/cafe, this would be nice.
6,8 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and courteous
Cons: We didn't like the fact that when we came back from dinner at 845 the pool was locked. We thought it would be nice go in the heated pool. Since a heated pool in Florida during the day isn't apealing to us.

Pros: everything was perfect. walking distance from beach, dock right out back with a bunch of different sea creatures. rented kayaks for cheap right next store.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and I liked that it had a kitchenette and could sleep 6. It was also a very nice atmosphere to sit outside. The staff was also kind and gave me a discount on the additional fees when there was confusion over having extra people.
Cons: Well, the air conditioner dripped on me while I was sleeping. Also, there was only room for one car so we had to park our additional car a couple blocks away. This was very inconvenient because we were there for a triathlon and had our bikes with us.

Pros: Great location and decent room with full size refrigerator.
Cons: Two girls stole my towels and I don't think anyone took the time to check the security recording.
9,2 Excellent

7,5 Good
Pros: We liked the location on the bay and outside patio area.
Cons: The room and especially the bathroom was very small. There were only patio chairs in the room. Not comfortable.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Poor facilities for the price. Checkin location .5 miles away from actual hotel rooms. Facilities, pool, location was not as advertised. Pools are small, not clean, and the actual location does not have its own pool or beach access. Beach is a half mile walk away.
Cons: Everything. This is a motel, it should not be advertised as a hotel there is no room service, no restaurant, no pool, and if you need anything the office is up the street it is not on location of the hotel. The price is way too high for what it is.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of space, big kitchenette, walking distance to beach, and right next door to the Marina and several restaurants.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Didn't have breakfast
Cons: Could have used more pillows
7,0 Good
Pros: The price and room had kitchen. Hotel had boat deck on the canal.
Cons: Next to 24 hour busy street. You better like traffic noise or you won't be able to sleep. Pool so tiny only for kids.

Pros: Well maintainability historic hotel on the beach!
Cons: Restaurant under renovation and I was so looking forward to it! Next time.
7,5 Good
Pros: Beach location superb and staff professional and friendly.
Cons: The entire lobby and lobby bar was closed for the entire stay for major renovation. The hotel should have alerted guests to this point before reserving. Also, ground floor closed for a couple of days. There was nowhere to sit down to relax inside the hotel. Also, restaurant closed for the renovation. We should have been given a sizable reduction for the room rate even in the off-season.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was lovely and very comfortable. The pool area and beach were lovely as well.
Cons: The fine dining restaurant, lobby bar and the shops were all closed for remodeling. We should have had prior knowledge of this situation and after speaking with a manager about the disappointing situation nothing was done. We felt we should have received some sort of discount on the resort fee or the room

Pros: Location was fantastic-great place to eat-easy park-comfortable bed oh yes really good bed.
Cons: Showing signs of age to the bedrooms and bathrooms-poor shower expected better.

Pros: Only went for lunch and dinner. It was good.
Cons: The nachos cheese sauce was runny
6,3 Good
Pros: It is a beautiful property in a fabulous location
Cons: The lobby bar and one restaurant so about 1/3 of the first floor is under construction which we did not know about. So that was a big disadvantage it’s spending so much for a hotel and not having all the amenities available to us.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent, very clean, friendly staff.
Cons: Check in was at 4pm but room wasn't ready. Front desk advised they would text or call me when the room was ready, but after 45 minutes I had to call them and was told it was ready. Almost made me late for a major event. Also, the card key to get in and out of guest parking did not work so I had to keep contacting the front desk so that I could get in and out of the lot. I am a life long resident of the city and actually live a few blocks from the hotel and had an out of town guest with me, so I expected the service to be as good as it has been in the past.

7,0 Good
Pros: I liked that is a quieter hotel than some of the others we've stayed in.
Cons: I didn't know there was coffee offered in the lobby. We weren't told up in check in. So we walked all over in the morning, paying quite a bit for coffee when it was there. Beach chair location being in the grass is not optimal for me.

Pros: The beach was beautiful, and the weather was great too. We do live in Florida and we get this weather often.
Cons: The hotel was in Very Poor condition, the carpet was coming off the so called base board. The bathroom cabinet needed to be painted, tub was chipped in multiple places. The beds were full sz not queen. The sofa bed had stinky sheets on it and in the close fir us to use, plus the buttons were coming off the cushions. Many more reasons NOT to go there again!!!

5,8 Okay
Pros: The Caprice itself was nice, our room was nice and mostly clean and nicely decorated.
Cons: The beach restoration on going and having to overlook the construction equipment in our view of the ocean. Would've thought we would have gotten a discount due to this but was told that we already were getting a discount. Didn't seem like a discount to us as nothing was offered as a discount when we complained and we paid too much to look at equipment in our view.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about it
Cons: I didn’t like the big bush like tree right in front of our balcony of room 101 it kinda blocked the whole ocean beach view

Pros: The location was great!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great view from the balcony 507! And very private. Bbq area was great and well maintained
Cons: Nothing really.... but I’m pretty sure this is the worlds slowest elevator. Only 5 floors though so no biggie.
6,7 Good
Pros: The beach view was very nice!!! Perfect location, minutes from everything great strip on st. Pete beach.
Cons: Price was kind of steep, I should of got this price for 7 days instead of 4 days. Need more admenties for kids like a lazy river and water slides.

Pros: It was clean and right on the beach
Cons: The construction going on spill some oil on to the beach and the noise
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The view
Cons: The construction
7,1 Good
Pros: Condo was perfect size, resort was good, quiet, pool was good, close enough to restaurants etc. Easy to check in and open door with code etc.
Cons: Condo was filthy, in need of a good deep cleaning. tiles are black and they shouldn’t be. Needs a good scrubbing! Shower needs a good scrub and new faucets. Dressers are garbage and falling apart! Kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. behind bed is disgusting. Had to wash comforters cause there was something gross in one of them. The bed is 16 years old and feels it. We had a lovely time it’s just that it gave me the creeps the crutty tiles and grossness in nooks and crannies. Need something to cover the box springs!! I used to work in housekeeping for years and was taken back a bit as i’d never staying in as dirty a place before.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient, pool area nice, BBQ’s handy
Cons: Elevator pretty shaky
7,9 Good
Pros: Layout of condo and the ambiance of the property. Site manager was extremely helpful resolving an issue with the a/c.

Pros: The beach and the water was very good, clean beach and warm water. Good location.
Cons: Hotel is a scam. Very old, not clean, small rooms bad view. All pools have dirty water and look disgusting. This hotel did not deserve this money. Stay away.

Pros: Beach front and staff was great
Cons: $90 Resort fee
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Felt safe, great staff, awesome view, perfect location Being on the ocean with white beaches and not too Big of waves. Lots to do for all ages, weather was perfect! Felt like I was in Mexico on an all inclusive(- the meals) We had a great vacation!
Cons: No
4,6 Okay
Cons: Wasn’t a good value. Everything didn’t work or was tore up.
5,8 Okay
Pros: I liked the resort. The kitchen in the room was convient.
Cons: I didn’t like that with the check in my card was charged several times, should of been charged one time. I didn’t like that the service for the room being cleaned was not adequate. We didn’t always receive out bottles of water included in the room. I ran out of toilet paper in the bathroom and had to ask for some to be brought to the room when the maid cleaned the room but did not replace the toilet paper, or sweep the floor. The kid water activity advertised on the water needs to be listed on the website as a extra price.
3,3 Mediocre
Cons: False advertising!!!!!! All the amenities offered in the resort fee at RumFish resort were advertised as being right next door to Tradewinds and it is not!!!! There are 2 resorts between Tradewinds and RumFish, it is a long, not walkable distance!!!!!!! Felt I was misled and cheated. Room was very small, no balcony. Couldn’t open front door without hitting the bed and having to shove the door past the bed every time we went in and out. Value for price NOT represented, part of resort we were in was old and dated looking, even my son mentioned how run down looking it was. Elevators few and far between and slow as molasses. Very little parking. Would NEVER stay here again!!!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is easy to get to and lots of activities to do
Cons: The only thing was the inflatables in the ocean weren’t set up.
7,1 Good
Pros: We ate outside by the beach. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun
Cons: All the walking. The complex is too big and there is no close parking. Plus, the pools were all full of small children. No place for adults w/o children.
6,7 Good
Cons: one elevator in inop. to long of a wait for one. house keeping had to use same elevator we had a wheelchair which added to the wait time.
7,5 Good
Pros: Great location, lots of things for the kids.
Cons: Extremely busy, price was a little high.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: EVERYONE that we encountered was so friendly and helpful. You could tell they love working there. That says a lot about a place and its management. The location is great, on such a beautiful beach. The property is well kept and very clean. Updated rooms
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean resort and beach. Many choices for food and drinks. Friendly bell attendants and cabana attendants on the beach. Small kitchen facility in our room was perfect for our needs. Clean room as well. View was awful though, and room had limited windows of natural light.
Cons: Main Pool was way too small for size of the hotel and number of guests. Food at Beef o Brady’s wasn’t very good. And service was just ok. Bathroom was very small and no towel bars inside shower to hang wet suits and clothes. When renting a movie to the room, you could only watch once instead of having it to watch for 24 hours.

Pros: Location was amazing the room (suite) was well presented and had everything you would require.
Cons: Building work being carried out so no outside bar.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location , the size of the room , the views
Cons: The cleaning is reasonable but further attention needs to be made with vacuuming and cleaning of all floors........ you would expect the floors to be cleaned properly prior to any one staying. The floor was not cleaned any of the 8 days we stayed and any socks worn turned black meaning the floors were dirty before we arrived.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to Don Cesar
Cons: No doggy pick up bags
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery store nearby
Cons: Resort fee and parking fee
4,2 Okay
Pros: Close to the ocean and suites were good size
Cons: The place is runned down, online photos made it look nicer than it is. The daily resort fee is overpriced. They did not clean our room for 2 of the 4 days we stayed and had no good excuse. The kitchen shelves were dusty, they did not provide nearly enough silverware, or pots and pans for a family to comfortably enjoy the kitchen.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The amenities are fantastic.
7,1 Good
Cons: So- I paid extra for an upgraded room through booking- when I got the site, they explained that they did not have us in an upgraded room and they had a queen bed- BOTH were wrong. I showed her my receipt from booking and she was able to give us the last king room. Note to self dont use booking.com anymore
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location was exceptional. I have been visiting St Petes Beach since 1984, beautiful as ever. Fabulous beach and exquisite sea.

Cons: It is older but clean, quiet and all the amenities were there.
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast bar was much improved since our last visit. Very clean now and more variety. Room has a lot of space and storage.
Cons: I was a little upset about the upgrade charge for the same room area we had in our last stay, but this was taken care of when we left. so not a really bad thing. The patio door was very hard to open, which is good for security , but not easy to access the pool. Overpriced for weekend days especially when it was practically vacant.

7,4 Good
Pros: The pool area was very nice. The air conditioner was great. The kitchenette was nice. The bed was ok for a hotel bed. Nice area out back ( Bayside ) with picnic tables/grills. The staff was nice especially Terri the housekeeper
Cons: The shower head was PAINFUL!! If I knew we could have taken the shower head off I would have went to the store and bought a cheap one to replace it with. If you walked in the room with no shoes on, the bottom of your feet would be black (I kept my flip flops on at all times). There were knat like bugs in the room, especially around the windows. We complained and they said that the exterminator would be out "sometime during the week " but we never saw them. The bugs were especially bad first thing in the morning. They would be all over the blinds on the Bayside of the room. This made me more uncomfortable than anything during our visit.
