Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. Cleanliness and bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating these aspects while others noted issues. However, there were several negative comments about the breakfast quality and service, including staff behavior and unresolved issues. Overall, the location stands out as the main highlight, but improvements are needed in service and breakfast offerings.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) When going into the lobby I was expecting a not so great room the room was great no odd smells ,was in great shape and clean the bed was very comfortable they had a parking spot just right for the big moving truck we were driving
Cons (-) The lobby was a bit dark and no walkway to get out to the nearby restaurants as we were driving a moving truck to big to get around
Pros (+) We enjoyed or stay here. The nighttime staff was super friendly. The room was big and bed was very comfortable. Nice and clean. Small breakfast also provided. This was right off the interstate and seemed to be in a safe location.
Pros (+) It is located very close to the interstate.
Cons (-) The room smelled horrid from smoke even though it was listed as a nonsmoking room. The sheets on the bed were paper thin; very difficult to get comfortable. The A/C unit had a broken knob for the temperature control, so it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature as it took an exhorbitantly long time to cool off and then to warm it back up again as I woke up far too cold before t...

Cons (-) The advertised Gyn or workout room was one of the reasons we selected the Ramada Inn. We wanted a gym and pool since we were going to be there for 3 days. All the front desk staff I spoke to said, don't complain to me, Not my JOB???? 1) Needed a special key to enter the gym and must be returned? 2) ALL THE EQUIPMENT WAS BROKEN 3) I complained, ALL the Staff claimed no knowledge of the condition of...

Pros (+) Even though we had a non smoking room, the towels and sheets still smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was small. Sheets had stains. The staff was very friendly but just couldn't get over the motel itself.
Pros (+) Smelled like chain smokers had stayed in our "nonsmokers" room. Gross.
