Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location in the heart of Lyon, making it ideal for exploring the city. Many found the rooms to be spacious and the beds very comfortable, with several positive remarks about the blend of historic charm and modern design. However, there were repeated complaints about the lack of staff or reception, issues with entry codes, and difficulties reaching management. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with mentions of unclean rooms and maintenance issues. Overall, while the location and comfort were highly appreciated, service and cleanliness could be improved.
