We took two communicating rooms; so small we could not use our baby crib. Doors were old and dirty; carpets are worn out and dirty. Beds uncomfortable
So it is value for money. Very comfortable hotel near the railway station. Staff is so cool, because I had a booking on 20th of July, but they let me to put my backpack in secure room on 7th of July. So I was very happy to visit the city without heavy bag. Also, it was not bottled water in my room and guy from reception provide it very fast. Idem about spoon for my dinner. I totally recommend this place. Room is small, but do you really need it to stay in hotel while you are in Lyon" :)
I am succeed by everything.
Fantastic location for those using the Lyon Part Dieu train station, though actually quite far from Lyon's historic centre.
I was asked (perfectly politely) for my room number at breakfast time mid-way into my croissant, which was probably routine but still left me with the suspicion that they thought I looked like the kind of dodgy or desperate bloke who stages unlicensed early morning raids on mid-range hotel breakfast buffets. Perhaps better to devise a less 'tap on the shoulder' approach to verifying guests' right to marmalade (oh yes, and there was no marmalade - although this is something of a France-wide crisis).
Very nice staff. Clean hotel, perfect for our short and for access to the nearby train station
Amazing location literally steps from the train station at Lyon Part Dieux, and close to lots of restaurants, bars and metro trains to the rest of town. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were very nice to hang out and cool off on a warm summer day.
Nothing at all.
