Excellent location, lovely ambience, instructions given at check-in were difficult to understand (eg never did find out what the deal was with coffee at adjoining hotel? Drinks in the lounge?) No easy access to admin. For a hotel of this standard it was really disappointing to find mould in the shower recess. A cleaning was requested but it made no difference to the mould.
