No bathroom door, small room was quite moist after shower.

No room service, one slow elevator. no lock from inside the door, cleaner walked straight in without knocking. Extremely boring surrounding.

Room was adequate and relatively spacious, nice bed, clean. Somewhat odd bathroom arrangement with transparent walls but no big problem. Most staff behaved courteously.
We were misinformed about whether breakfast was included by dining room staff. Incredibly rude receptionist treated us like criminals at checkout, refused to apologize, refused to back down. Polite, non-aggressive letter to managing director about this problem and her attitude generated no response whatsoever. What a shame that staff are not trained properly and that management couldn't care less.
