Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location, spacious rooms, and breakfast variety. However, many experienced poor service, with complaints about unresponsive or unfriendly staff, hidden costs, and slow response times. Cleanliness was also an issue for some, with reports of dusty rooms and poor housekeeping. While amenities like the pool and Wi-Fi were noted, the overall experience was mixed due to inconsistent service and maintenance.

Cons (-) I did the booking for my friend and it was a worst experience with the staff. I would suggest the hotel to develop their staff for some customer service skill. They were not helpful at all and for sure I won't be booking this hotel for my future visits.
