Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore Lucca and access parking. Many found the rooms clean and well-maintained. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, particularly the lack of human interaction and reliance on automated check-in systems, which some found frustrating. The comfort of the beds received mixed feedback, with a few guests finding them uncomfortable. Bathrooms were often described as small or having maintenance issues, and some guests noted problems with air conditioning. Overall, the positives centered on location and cleanliness, while service and comfort could be improved.
