Older hotel. Our room lacked several of the promised amenities like furniture and refrigerator. A/C blew straight onto the our heads onto the pillow leaving the option only to turn it off and be too hot to sleep. Desk was unsypmpathetic and unhelpful. Pros (+) The hotel has some beautiful touches with the music at dinner, Christmas decor and elegance.
Cons (-) For the price of the hotel the room’s cleanliness could be improved upon. I found a hair in the bed and when asking the hotel staff to change the sheets they indicated it wa my own. It was not until I mentioned the different color and consistency that they sent someone up. The person they sent clearly had never made a bed before.
