Pros (+) Venice is what it is too many bums but venice breeze suites are very clean and nice and rooftop is great

Cons (-) If you're looking for Venice Beach, the location is perfect. Unfortunately, the place as a whole is a little worse for wear, especially at $220/night. Reception feels more like a $40/night hostel than a hotel, bedding and couch both looked not entirely clean and there was mold and mildew all over the bathroom floor and walls.
